Warranty coverage

• Duration: The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Scope: This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions for the life of the product.
• Repairs or replacements: If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Exclusions

• Damage from misuse or improper installation: Any damage caused by improper handling, installation, or alterations will void the warranty.
• Accidental damage or wear and tear: Damage caused by external factors (e.g., impact, power surges, water, or environmental factors) is not covered.
• Consumable items: Any parts not considered an integral component of the LED light itself may not be covered.

Important notes

The LED light is designed to last 20+ years, but the warranty covers issues that might arise within the first 5 years of usage. The light’s durability is based on optimal operating conditions. If the product is used beyond recommended specifications (e.g., extreme temperatures or environmental conditions), the warranty may not apply.
